With us, you are always welcome – and now you have the opportunity to become part of a great team at Vårdcentralen Kolla and our upcoming health center, Björkris in Kungsbacka. Vårdcentralen Kolla currently has about 3,700 registered patients and the position is shared between Kolla and our upcoming digi-physical health center in Björkris. Therefore, we are looking for someone who wants to combine the best of both worlds – to work at an established health center but also in the exciting everyday life of a new unit. Our working method and vision are “digital first, physical when needed,” as well as information-driven care where the patient's needs are at the center. We believe in community and collaboration among ourselves and utilizing smart technology to create a fun and pleasant work environment that is sustainable in the long run for the workgroup.

Accessibility and continuity are important to us, and we want to be where our patients want to meet us. Here, the digital care room becomes a natural meeting place – “digital first, physical when needed.”

What is a digi-physical health center?

A digi-physical health center is not complicated. It means that we enjoy meeting our patients in the digital space, but of course also physically if and when needed.

The work consists of regular tasks at the health center, but also focuses on the following:

• Providing primary care on digital platforms with chat, video, and phone.
• Working at a physical reception.
• Being involved in developing Vårdcentralen Björkris and Kolla.

Qualifications

You who are applying:

• Are a specialist in general medicine.
• Have extensive experience in clinical work in primary care.
• Have a desire to work with digital health care.
